Tennis

• CHS Men's and Women's Tennis is played during the fall season, with competitive matches being played from August through October.  For anyone interested in trying out for the 2025 Men's and Women's Tennis Team, all participants MUST COMPLETE the following prior to attending any intramurals or practice:

  1. The student must have a minimum of 2.0 GPA from the 2021 Second Semester to meet CCSD Athletic eligibility standards. Unless you are an incoming freshman, then this doesn't apply to you.

  2. The student must complete their registermyathlete.com registration (which is aktivate).  This includes all electronic documents and questions, all electronic signatures, and RMA fees paid. Athletes will not be allowed to practice until this is 100% completed. In addition, the student will need to upload a current physical and proof of insurance along with two proofs of residency. Students must also complete and submit the 

  3. Authorization and Release Form to the Athletic Office.  This document can be emailed directly to Coach Howser at howsek@nv.ccsd.net or Robert Clements at clemerw@nv.ccsd.net

  4. Students will need to download the SportsYou App (CCSD approved) to receive any updates or need to communicate with peers and coaches.

The tentative schedule for the Fall 2025 season is as follows:
July 28th- Practice    9am-11am

July 30th- Practice    9am-11am

August 1st- Practice    9am-11am

August 6th, 7th & 8th- Practice   2pm-4pm

August 9th- 1st Official Practice 9am-11am

All practices will be held Monday thru Friday 2pm-4pm on non game days. 

All practices will be at the CHS Tennis courts.
