Online Excused Absence Submission Form

Every absence needs to be excused.  CCSD requires that attendance notes be submitted within 3 school days of the student's return from the absence to not become truant. 

All non-medical absences are limited to 10 per school year.

Once a student accumulates 11 non-medical absences in a single semester, they are required by law to receive no credit for the course.  This can be appealed to the administration.
