The Village Foundation President, Dr. Linda E. Young, donated $400 dollars to our very own Cheyenne JROTC for their support of the Village Foundation's GALA and scholarship drive. Maj Ivy Williams and SGM Larry Newton received certificates of Appreciation for their hard work and dedication to the program.
