Every student in Clark County School District must register online every school year.
All the documents required to finalize enrollment must be provided in person.
Please note: Registration is not complete until all required documents are given to the Registrar.

Required Documents for Enrollment (must be provided in person) - Current CCSD Student
- Parent or Legal Guardian Government Issued ID
- Proof of Residence (Current Utility Bill, Lease Agreement, or Residential Affidavit).

- Proof of Residence (Current Utility Bill, Lease Agreement, or Residential Affidavit)
- Student Birth Certificate
- Immunizations
- SIGNED OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT from the previous school
- Most recent report card (if applicable)
If you are living with a friend or relative because of economic hardship, you will need to bring to the school site a notarized letter signed by the owner/renter stating that their address is your place of residence.
If you do not have documentation because you are living in a temporary or homeless situation, call Title I Homeless Outreach Program for Education at 702-855-6682.
*Note: When completing the Acceptable use Policy (AUP), select "Yes I give permission," if you would like your child to be able to access technology during the school year.

How can I request my (student's) records?

Student Record Services maintains the archiving of educational records for former Clark County School District students. Academic records are maintained in perpetuity and special education records are maintained until the student reaches age 28.
For all GED or Adult Education requests, contact Adult Education at 702-799-8650.
Requesting Records
Effective February 12, 2018, an upgraded, online system is used to place all records requests for former students of the Clark County School District. All requests are submitted online at transcripts.ccsd.net or https://clarknv.scriborder.com. Mail, phone, or fax requests are not accepted. Same day service is not available.
